A fun, fast-paced workout incorporating TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, and bands. Our total body conditioning delivers on its name; you’ll improve both muscular and cardio conditioning –essential for health, fitness, and performance.
And there’s more than just one TBC class – we offer Circuit, Boot Camp, Strength, and Cardio & Core. By always mixing it up, you’ll continue to get stronger and leaner and never hit a fitness plateau.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi which has been described as “meditation in motion,” is a gentle, easy flowing practice proven to build strength, flexibility, balance, as well as reduce stress and anxiety and even lower blood pressure.
Tai Chi is easily accessible to all fitness levels, including people who have not been exercising. Almost magically, the classes will relieve you of life’s stresses and leave you feeling calm and relaxed.
Barre
Barre Burn & Sculpt – Our signature class burns fat, sculpts, tones, and elongates your body with a powerful blend of dance exercises, Pilates, and Yoga. Every class is different as we vary our moves with combinations of weights, balls, bands, and low-impact cardio intervals for added fat burning. Set to motivating dance music, barre will quickly improve your posture and balance. It tightens and lifts the tush, lengthens the legs, and firms-up arms and shoulders. And guys, barre is for you too! Tom Brady and Mick Jagger practice barre to stay youthful and fit! Great for all fitness levels.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing class to reset your mind, an active recovery from a week’s worth of workouts, or a sculpting session that will leave your muscles more toned, you’ll find it at B Fitness in Venice.
Our Yoga Classes include Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga for a Healthy Back, Beginner Yoga, and a special class that includes meditation and a sound bath. We also offer private yoga instruction for individuals and small groups.

Gentle Flow Yoga
All fitness levels, and perfect for beginners. We guide you through easy-to- follow movements, called asanas, to stretch and strengthen your body, and clear your mind. You’ll develop a stronger core and improve your balance with regular practice. We finish with a stretching sequence on the mat that will restore your mind and relax your body.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Strengthen your body with powerful poses and center your mind in a meditative setting. This class focuses on breath, building heat within the body and self-discovery. You’ll create strength in body and mind. We finish in a restorative savasana, a Sanskrit name that means relaxation and integration. You’ll leave feeling empowered and ready for anything.
Yoga for a Healthy Back
This special stretch and strengthen class is for EVERY BODY, whether you are new to exercise or an experienced athlete. Yoga for a Healthy Back combines breath and movement to create strength and suppleness to the muscles that support the spine and strengthen the core. This class will help create better mobility in tight hips and shoulders. Modifications and adjustments will be given throughout class to get your body in proper alignment. You’ll leave class feeling longer and stronger, energized, and relaxed, all at the same time! We also offer private Healthy Back classes to work more specifically on your challenges.
