What the scan measures

More than a number on the scale.

A scale gives you one number. The InBody 270 breaks it down, so you can see what your training is changing. By taking the assessment every four weeks, you will be able to measure your progress toward your fitness goals like never before.

Segmental body analysis

Lean mass in each arm, each leg and the trunk, so muscle imbalances show up.

Skeletal muscle mass

The muscle you build with training, tracked from one scan to the next.

Body fat percentage

How much of your weight is fat, which a bathroom scale can’t tell you.

Daily caloric requirements

Your basal metabolic rate: a starting point for how much to eat.

How to book
